    model R 15

    Dickshar, I have had my R15 since December 2nd and have had all of the same problems also. The first thing that I noticed was that the manual is lacking. I went to the Directv website and basically found that the manual is from the manufacturer. Whoever put that together did a very poor job.

    I have been reading previous posts concerning the caller ID. I have been having some lock up buggy type problems with the R15 and the caller ID has stopped working. Today I called Directv and they told me to reset the DVR and after software download verify that the version downloaded is later...
