    Single/Dual LNB & Multiple Receivers

You were right, 105 doesn't apply to us... Not to mention we don't have anything pointing at 105 right now anyway :( Some days aren't my best, lol.

    Single/Dual LNB & Multiple Receivers

We've got international and HD stuff. Is everything on 105 mirrored on 129? I'll have to go take another look at the EchoStar KB. What about the FTA stuff & feeds? I know you have some input on those, I'm sure. :D

Good point :D I'm learning, lol.

    Single/Dual LNB & Multiple Receivers

Well, after cruising through the lists and looking for stuff that sticks out to me, this is the list I have so far (including the DBS birds for subscription stuff, know that I'll need the reverse circular, etc. but I just put them in this list so it provides the whole picture). 129.0 West -...

    Single/Dual LNB & Multiple Receivers

Been a while since I've posted here (still haven't set-up a system yet, either, more on that in a bit). I'm looking at setting up 1 (possibly 2, which would let me grab the whole sky, almost) T-90s and in an effort to get 2 deg separation I was thinking about going with single LNBs for some...

    Omnidirection HDTV Antenna - VHF/UHF

Our Terk HDTVa is working great indoors, maybe I'll just stick with that... We don't even move it, we've found a "sweet spot" so to speak that gets all of the channels we want without a single problem, even though they're spread out over almost 360 degrees. I may give the omni a shot anyway...

    Omnidirection HDTV Antenna - VHF/UHF

Omnidirectional HDTV Antenna - VHF/UHF I'm looking into getting an outdoor omnidirectional HDTV antenna to go along with a coming FTA installation, with the signal being split to 4 different televisions. Being in Fayetteville, NC, all of our stations are pretty well dispersed, Raleigh/Durham...

Fill 13 ft. pole for dish with concrete?

Anyone have any idea how long it would take the concrete to fully cure in an environment like that? Not looking at doing anything nearly as large as what he's talking about, but I'm curious how long it would take.

Receiving Fashion TV ("F") on Intelsat 5?

When I was in Iraq each platoon had a satellite system and TV in their CP. Fashion TV made long nights of radio guard very tolerable. FTV is one of the main reasons I want to get my FTA system up and running (the other being the Chinese and Farsi stations so the wife and I can brush up on our...

One Dish, Same Satellite, Two LNBs

Well, after looking at the BSC 621-2 C/Ku-band LNBF, it says in the installation guide that it can also receive circular signals as well by taking off the end cap and inserting the dielectric material between the throat guides. Now, is that only for C band, or both C & Ku? (the picture it...

One Dish, Same Satellite, Two LNBs

That's pretty much what I thought the answer would be, but I was hoping for a different one (i.e. and obscure C/Ku linear & circular LNB that I hadn't found yet, or a way to split one beam to two LNBs, but that would require much greater knowledge of satellite tech than I possess). Would it be...

One Dish, Same Satellite, Two LNBs

This is my first post (not counting the Introduction), and most of the questions I have regarding setting up an FTA system have been answered. I have quite a few, but the biggest one for the moment is whether it is possible to set up two LNBs on one dish that will pick up the same satellite...

Welcome New Members! (Please Say HI here!)

This is my first time visiting, looks like a great site and look forward to looking around. I have a pretty good idea of the set-up I want to do, just have some questions about specifics that I hope I can get answered. Thank you, and Happy New Year to everyone.
