This happened to me as i was talking to them over the phone and were able to fix it. Took about 30 minutes though. There is a bug in there customer serverice software, this is beacuse echostar upgraded there software an hour before opening.
Same here, I ordered the 211 self install and no mention of an 18 month commitment on the phone. Maybe it’s for the people who have it installed by a local dish retailer?
Well i can't watch the game on MSG ch412, my receiver says it's blacked out in my area, and i live in Buffalo. Calling dish tomorrow morning

Just learned Sabres games will always be on an alt channel.
I just wondering, how are the software updates sent? Through the satellite or the phone line. I have the D10 receiver, and still waiting for them to start the active service.
