i can't do a reset. it keeps downloading and resetting and starting over

My D12-100 will keep resetting and try to download software but it will reset by itself and download again when it gets around 5% it would reset and start over and so on. it has been running 0X1215 for the last few months. the frimware watcher is showing that version as the NR. it shouldn't be...
