I didn't have any trouble at all with this weeks d/l on any of my recvrs ...

Hmmm, not sure why you had issues ....
I guess , try again next week ...

How long did you wait on it to continue once it paused at 90 % ?

Many times it will pause for a bit at that point, thats where the software is being loaded.

I've waited up to 5 minutes before rebooting before as it will often continue and finish the process.

Typically anymore I don't watch the process anymore, I flip over to the news (OTA) and watch that and check back in on the commercials.
