Same issue here after the update. Use VOD all the time and problem started after receiving the update. All VOD's fail to start downloading now. It is a not a ISP or network issue it's a dish issue.

Just had this happen on my living room Hopper. It prompted me if I wanted to set the timer on my basement Hopper. Pretty neat feature.

I'm seeing this as well with my Panasonic ST50. I can see the image retention from the Dish Logo. It is not in torch mode and has been using Dnice's settings for almost 2 years. They really need to make the Logo transparent. Posted Via The FREE SatelliteGuys Reader App!

If you just set a regular timer for the shows you want to save it will create a folder and save them under the regular recordings list. It won't actually use a tuner for this timer if it is a show already being recorded by the PTAT timer. It seems to just duplicate them to the regular...

The installers replaced the original Hooper on the day of the install and replaced the node and dish as well. Hopefully all settles in and starts working as it should. I really like the system and what it is capable of. Just a bad day for it to hose up.

Ran a check switch but all checked good. I have video at the hopper but the guide won't update. I tried letting it sit in standby to see if the guide would update but still no love. Joeys still won't connect. It says an error has been detected that may prevent recordings from takin place error 0557.
