    Yep, it worked with the mobile hotspot. I ended up switching out my router, and voila ... I can download On Demand titles again. Something in my router was blocking VOD for some reason, and for the life of me I can't figure out what it was. But at least it's working now!

    Good idea. I've got a mobile hotspot I could use, and some spare gigs to burn through. I'll see if the Hopper is able to download anything when connecting to that.

    I'm fairly tech savvy, but not that tech savvy. I'm sure I could figure out how to do that with some Googling, but I dunno. Maybe if I get bored this weekend...in the meantime, I'm hoping the problem just goes away on its own, or someone else comes up with a brilliant fix!

    Unfortunately, that's been done and won't solve the problem. I actually went so far as to get a replacement Hopper 3 sent to my home, and this issue occurs on both Hoppers.
