last few days the hdd in my other hr54 sounds exactly like a geiger counter. a google search suggests the hdd is on its way out, while others say its normal. any of you experienced this and then had a drive failure? its a seagate 5900 video drive 2019.

my hr54 did the same thing. i did the reset and it hasn't happened again. perhaps it had something to do with the directv logo changes on the banner and boot up screen? its also on the music channels too.
