Every once in a while we have a channel in which the sound is out of sync with the lips/motions of the show. We just got our HD locals setup yesterday, and the sound is out of sync on both channels. Does anyone know of a solution for this?

I'm in the same boat as you. I don't understand a whole lot about any of this, but I think we'll be getting a 1000.4. I called Thursday and was told the same thing....that I'd lose local channels, and guide, etc. until the new installation on Monday, but as of yet we've not lost anything...
