Every once in a while we have a channel in which the sound is out of sync with the lips/motions of the show. We just got our HD locals setup yesterday, and the sound is out of sync on both channels. Does anyone know of a solution for this?

I would give up about 90% of the national HD that's available if I could get local HD channels. We watch several shows on local channels, and would get much more good out of our HD if the locals were HD. I'm glad we just got CNN added, and would really like to have Speed in HD.
