Tech came out today and switched out the Hopper. I restored my timers myself and they were there. So glad for that.

I did replace the batteries the other day when I had to use it,but I did that just because I hadn't replaced them in a while. Not sure if they were actually bad or not.

That would be great. I usually use My Harmony remote,but it finally went bad and I had to wait on another one. During that Time I had to use the Hopper remote for a few days. Hope it did an auto save.

I just got through chatting with them and thats when I was told that I needed that $60 adapter. Made no mention of sending me one for free.:( Even told them that I wasn't sure that I could even pick up the station and didn't want to spend a fortune just to see. Just had another conversation...

Well,was planning on seeing if I could pull in that ABC channel,then found out I need the OTA adapter and they want $60 for it.

So it should pick up in the attic?

It never would pick up CBS,but I was pointing it towards Charlotte.

Now,what antenna should I consider? I know the one up there now is atleast 10 years old. Looks like a Med outdoor antenna?

I do have an antenna in the attic. I don't remember the model though,it's been a while since I put it up there trying to get Locals when they were in talks with CBS years ago. Think I can pick up ABC from that translator?
