It seems that the reboot time is daily at 3:35 - 3:40 pm, 11.5 hours after the 4am set time. I am going to set it to 4:00pm and see what happens...

I have one wifi router, and one access point on the far side of the house. I use static IP's for dish equip.

This started with the installation of the 2 Joey 4's. The joey's do not shut off when the power button is pressed, it does shut off my TV and receiver, the joey power light is always on.

My Hopper still reboots everyday in the late afternoon, even though it is set to do it at a time when no one is using it...

I have the setting set to 4:00am, yet almost everyday it wants to reboot at about 3:30pm! This is fairly new as it never used to do this, I am on H395 updated on 6/10/25 at 3:45PM (time a coincidence?)

My SXM plan expires in a few weeks so I used chat and stated I wanted to renew on this plan 36FOR99SELECT, they asked how I heard about it, I said email (I lied) and online. They asked for my radio ID and name and address. That was it... So now I don't have to think about it for 3 years...

OK, here is one for the engineers... I left everything the same as it has always been, except I turned on the screen saver (I never use them and have always had them disabled) and now I can enter the "Dish Settings" options. It now appears to work as expected! Go figure... Thanks for the tip on...

Yes, but when selecting the "Dish Settings" option it just returns to live TV, the other options in that menu do work.

A little more info on my problem with the Joey 4. I can get into settings, but not Dish Settings. My screen saver is set to off, and it states that the software is up to date...

But, how to force it?

Nope!, if I do it just returns to live TV. This happens on both of my Joey 4's

I would check that if I could get into settings, home twice does nothing
