It looks like they do their advertising in-house as opposed to hiring a professional ad agency. Probably saves them a lot of money, but it sure does make them look cheap.
I receive my locals both OTA and through Dish (thanks to Dish not offering program info w/out purchasing the locals). I have not noticed these issues OTA, only from 129.
At least that's what Captain Kirk and the scientist from Back to The Future say. So far it's been a lot of TV commercials and no action from D*. That's why I left them last year. :eureka
I'll be surprised if the merger goes through. It should, but politics and heavy lobbying by the National Association of Broadcasters are screwing things up. I've heard both XM and Sirius and definitely prefer Sirius. But that's just me.
