I have no problem syncing with outlook! Contacts, notes, calendar....works fine.

I phone hands down. Much easier to use than any other phone. I have had them all and wish I would have gotten the iPhone much earlier. My advice, try it for a few weeks (restocking of 10%) if ya don;t like it. I bet you will!

I live in Chicago area and I noticed frequent pixilation problem. My wife even commented on it. At one point we changed channels to see if it was all over, but it was (seemed) isolated to just channel 32 (Fox). I hope this clears up.... Before and after Idol, all was normal -
