Thank you very much. When I purchased the unit used, I was just told that it had the 8PSK DVB-S2 board installed. I assumed it would be good for true FTA.

I am having a problem acquiring DVB-S2 signals on both Ku and C-band sats. I am unable to pick up any signal or quality on a linear sat, although all the standard DVB-S channels are fine. If I go to a circular satellite, the DVB-S2 signal and quality have been as high as 99% for both on Ku-band...

I called and they did a hit, but the counter never changed. It showed 25 before the hit and 25 after the hit. I don't know if I need to do something else or not.

Thanks. I printed off a channel list already from Skyvision. I did call them, and they said I needed to subscribe to some channels. Who is SRL and how do I get a hold of them? I did a search, and only came up with Programming Center for 4DTV. Is this who I would call? mr.silverado

CW600P and VS9000HD don't blind scan worth a darn. My old Pansat 2700 blind scans pretty good, but it's not very fast.

The receiver should still work. You will only need it for moving the dish actuator and changing polarity. Any FTA receiver will then pick up the free channels. KDEV on Anik F3 118.8 C band shows that Lost is on tomorrow night. Hope this helps.
