Yup, got TWO hr20's plus install free. Been with D* since 1998.

I spoke to a D* CSR this morning who said they were told on Nov 21 that new software would be available "soon". She could not say what "soon" meant. As for replacing my protection plan, D* will replace my receivers "with whatever is available at the time", BUT I get another 1 year commitment...

Vonage claims the problems with the hr10-250 calling over VOIP is due to the poor quality modems in the hr10-250. This statement seems to be supported by the hackers using external modems successfully. Does the hr20 dvr have the same problems with VOIP? A better quality modem?
