    My H3 was doing the same thing and it stopped the day I turned it off. Must have been a coincidence, but it's never done it since.

    I think if you go to DVR > Options > Timer Defaults and turn off "Smart Prepare For Mobile", it won't do that anymore. It's not retroactive, but anything recorded after the change won't have the resume option unless you, in fact, have already started it at some point.

    I had all the same symptoms and my HWS hard drive failed several days after I first noticed the delays when pushing buttons on the remote.

    I'm pretty sure you can do it with the RT-N66u. I'm not sure if it's included in the original firmware, but if it isn't, it's included in the Merlin build. (I'm using version 3.0.0.4.374.32 but I don't use the DLNA feature.) You can get Merlin here...

    My bookmarks worked OK with 22, but I did have a problem with copy and paste between pages. Turns out it's a known problem with 22, so I went back to 21 and am waiting for 23.

    I'd try a factory reset first, and then if that doesn't work, I'd try a check switch. I know there was something about not running a check switch, but I think that was in reference to Attention 015, not Attention 833. I think.:o
