Has anyone had the problem with the VIP 211 taking up to 25 seconds for the SD picture to show on the tv screen? The HD channels are fine and only take a couple seconds, and my 811 box that controlls the other tv's have no problem either. Is this a box or switch problem?

On the 211, is the only option for the SD format full zoom while veiving a Standard channel? I know that you can change the HD format to partial zoom and so on. I recall the 811 letting you change both
