Has anyone had the problem with the VIP 211 taking up to 25 seconds for the SD picture to show on the tv screen? The HD channels are fine and only take a couple seconds, and my 811 box that controlls the other tv's have no problem either. Is this a box or switch problem?

That seems to be a new feature on the 211 boxes. Mine is taking an ungodly long time to change SD channels too.
I posted this in another thread but maybe it is a 211 issue?
"Last night lost locals again, also having problems with 110 when this occurs. If I do a front pannel reboot on my 211, goes back to normal. This has been happening about the last three weeks about three/four times. Seem to loose my off-air locals and also reduced 110 signal strength, go figure?"
This only seems to be with the SD channels on my 211. Last night when I lost my off air locals, I had problems with switching between the SD discovery channel and the HD Equator channel-on 61.5 for me. Do not know if SD discovery is on 110 or 119 but have noticed that signal strength for 110 drops when this happens.
