I really don't know what they changed. I'm guessing it's the stuff they bolded (I don't have the contract here at work, so I don't recall what changed), but there is no limitation in the contract to what has to change for me to reject the terms and them cancel me. I'm just sick of all the stuff...

Got a change of terms from DirecTV today and am going to try to use that to get out of my contract with them and sign up for Dish with the lowest TurboHD package. Are there any better deals out there than dishnetwork.com or maybe a referral I can use?

No wonder. We signed up in December of '05 and it says not eligible. Since then, they've taken away channels and when I look online, they want to charge $200 for another HD DVR. What a joke.

Question: I started the download last night and tried to see how it was at 25% downloaded, but the receiver wouldn't play it. I hit Play and all I got was the blue light blinking to indicate that it received the remote's command. Is this normal?

I hope so too. I browsed around over there and couldn't find a link to add myself to the beta test, so I'm going to post asking how once my account is fully activated. My computer is more than capable of playing back 1080p.

It says I'm on 0x263. Is there a way to tell if it went back to the national release?
