There are good install companies and bad install companies. These companies employ/contract good and bad installers. I consider myself and excellent installer but am contracted to a company that has a few poor techs. So, I know first hand it is hard to simply judge a company.

The 811 Remote will work with the 942. The TV2 remote on the 522 or 625 will work.

You do know the that the 811 does not have a coaxial output. Making its use in a home distribution system difficult.

It is all in how the dish is mounted and how strong the signal strenght is on a clear day. A dish satem surviving Mother Nature is not relevant of the service provider but the installer and installation.

Bad ground block or your stingers on your fittings are not long enough
