    question about getting extra receiver

    dish will only lease up to 4 rooms anything after that the customer has to buy the additional receivers. you would have to purchase the 211 of get rid of the 625 and maybe add two 211's if you can upgrade.

    Barrel Connectors - will they cause a visible degradation in quality?

    What RandallA said is correct but what you really need is to make sure the barrel you're using can support freq. 950-2150 Mhz(blue barrels). If your equipment is Dish pro or Dish pro plus a low Freg. barrel (white barrels) can cause issues w/ your signal.

    1) No, they do not install wall plates.--HALL Where did you get this info from? Part of DNS or e* installation is providing the customer w/ a certified quality installation. which includes running new lines if existing is not present. Wall fishing is questionable but if a wall/floor...

    Adding a fifth tuner to a DISH 500?

    Are you still under your DHA agreement? Are any of our recievers owed or lease? e* only allows 4 leased tuners or recievers. The extra 625 may cost you $100 or more. Your total cost may be under $140 or more. You need to call the CSC for beter info. Good luck!

    Recording Time: SD vs. HD

    Are you sure she's choosing a non-HD channel to record. B/c of the amount of pixels used in HD programming is more than 2X more than SD. Thus taking up more record time.:D

    yes you will... The better the HDMI cable the better your picture. You should scimp on cables.
