You might want to check with SBC/ATT they just bought out or in process of buying out Bellsouth. They offer DSL for 12.99 right now. Good luck

I Watched a repeat of the last Charlie Chat to see what he had to say about new offers and when I heard that they were going to take live phone calls I thought great maybe some one would ask about all us owners that paid big money for there recievers and were gonna get screwed by his new offer...

I bought my 942 last August for $600.00 and was told by Tech that it would be at least a year before MPEG4 would be out and that 942 was upgradeable. Well here we are 6 months later and I feel like a big LOSER . I guess thats what you get for trusting DISH, but no I won't fall for that one...

I myself am at the end of my commitment to dish and am canceling and moving to different state and was wondering if i had my wife call and order dish in her name would we be considered new customers?

Just watched Super Bowl in HD. Why can't Dish keep giving us ABCHD and other Local HD channels? We already get CBSHD whats another 4 more. I'm not gonna lease or buy a new 622, just paid $600.00 for 942 6 months ago.

I live to far away to get OTA HD ,So Whens E* going to offer Local Hd Like NBC FOX NBC etc. I get CBSHD but need more, anybody have any info.

I know what you mean. I have 55 inch wide screen LCD TV with an 942 box, HD is Excellent but other channels are just below average in detail. Cable tv was slightly better then I made a change to dish cause they claimed all digital channels. DirectTv has the same affect also on the new larger...
