In some markets D* utilizes the 72.5 slot to receive local programming....If you are in one of those markets and you have HD and INT. programming you would actually have 3 dishes...i.e. my brother's house in southeastern Illinois.

With that signal meter you are using, you need to aim the dish with the sensitivity all the way up, when you peak a satellite turn down the sensitivity until the you lose the signal, fine tune until you peak the meter again, repeat this until you can no longer see the needle peaking...It will...
