For receiver if your not opposed to "Refurbished" I just picked up my Onkyo 807 for just over $500 ($1099 new) and I couldn't be happier. Direct from Club Onkyo. I am a die hard Polk fan when it comes the speakers, new egg just had the Monitor 60 Towers for $120 each. Blue Ray Oppo is nice...

Just make sure the cables are hdmi 1.4 if you ever plan on 3D
