I am with you guys about the 722k. I have one that has been faultless(about 3 years)! My old 622 went south last weekend. I have ordered another 722k to be installed on Sunday??? I didn't know these guys worked weekends.

I just need to learn to type or leave the spell checker ON!!

KAB, My 722K does light up the "KDTV" logo. It is old(like 2/3 years) may be why?

Thanks to who ever started this thread! I turned my "Sound Leveling" off for my 722. Works much better. I guess my 622 doesn't have the sound leveling? It least I couldn't find it!

Same here in Alabama. Complete signal loss has now switched to Partial loss?? Phones busy also?

It has been that way for a couple of months.

I have two Tv's hooked up to each 722k & 622. I get 3 thirty minute listings(per page) with the 622 and 6 on the 722k. Is there a way to get both to list 6 per page???:confused:

SaltiDawg, It gets worse all the time. Why anyone would make a program like that makes no sense to me. And I thought I was wearied !!!

Thanks Tampa8, I am sorry to hear that. I guess the wife and are not the "Usually" kind of people. I have tried to use the "new episodes" a few times but it does the reruns too. So it is useless to me also. Just more trouble deleting them.

I have a problem with my VIP722k DVR. On the "Create Timer" page the default setting, as to how often, is all over the map. First one then the other. "ALL-NEW-ONCE-WEEKLY-DAILY-MON-FRI" . Ninety nine percent of the time I use ONCE. Is there a way to set it to ONCE as default. What page in the "...

TonyT, As you ask, I have "Prefix 256--Touch tone highlighted --At&t service". The 256 prefix was added this year in my area. In other words I have to dial a 10 digit phone number for local calls, even. Some calls in the 256 area are long distance call and I have to add 1 before dialing. I hope...

My wife uses the phone line much more than I do and she notices it much more than I do. The phones we have in our home don't allow you to punch in the 10 digit number you are calling while listing for a dial tone. With Dish using the line multiple times during day it messes up some calls.
