Ya gotta love competition. I wish there were more of it.

I've called Charter support 3 times in the 2 years I have had service. The first time was a waste of time but the other 2 times I got people who knew what they were doing.

I wonder if it was a phishing email. It sure is worded like one.

I can't speak for the TV service cause I don't have that but I am very happy with the phone and internet service. Internet is very reliable and fast. At least in my neck of the woods. YMMV.
