I've called Charter support 3 times in the 2 years I have had service. The first time was a waste of time but the other 2 times I got people who knew what they were doing.

I can't speak for the TV service cause I don't have that but I am very happy with the phone and internet service. Internet is very reliable and fast. At least in my neck of the woods. YMMV.

I don't know where you are in Mid Michigan but Antenna TV is on 17.2 in Grand Rapids and 10.3 in Lansing.

We are in the Lansing area and have Charter for phone service. I just called my wife and she said as far as she knows the phones have been up all day. It certainly was working when I called her.
