I am getting a directv plus hd dvr upgrade. Can someone please tell me what equipment the technician will have to install in order for me to record one channel while watching another channel? A reply will be greatly appreciated.

I have KU BAND but I don't have the FTA receiver. I don't believe it is the polorotor motor. When the DC LIGHT comes on it will flicker on and off. It, (the dc light) eventually stays on during the day, but today was one of those days that it decided not to stay on. I will appreciate any help.

When I unplug and then replug my 4dtv receiver back up the dc light will come on but it will not stay on, it will go on and off, but evenually it will stay on. This afternoon after unpluging the receiver and pluging it back in the dc light finally stayed on and what I do is once the light comes...

I have a 4dtv receiver and I am having a lot of trouble keeping my digital channels on. I unplug my receiver while it is on G1 3 and plug it back in and then the quality will build back up and the digital channels will come back on. Today it is taking longer for the digital channels to come back...

No, I am not getting anything on G3. W5 is not on the screen at all. The last person that helped me with fine tuning put W5 in for me and I do not even see it on the satellite screen now.

I am sorry about that. I forgot to tell you that it is 4dtv and cannot find channel continuing to search is on the screen. I subscibe to this channel of course,and this is not the first time that I had to have help with fine tuning it back in. Is that all the information that you need?

I have a 10' C band Satellite Dish with 4DTV and also Ku band. I have Direct tv also but I still watch programs and my big dish. I watch T6 22 and T6 24 and I just recently noticed when I go there to watch my programs on the screen it says Analog Service Ended Digital Feed On G26C21-Service#2...

Will I need a DVB Receiver to see the analog feeds that were on T6 22 and T6 24, etc. now that they have switched to digital? A reply will be greatly appreciated.
