The 211k's don't work for on demand video downloads, or for Dish's sling adapter. Yes, it's connected online, but thats' about it. I use mine to order a movie that is not VOD. The External Hard Drive is identical to the 711k's for the most part. Cheers.

I'll 2nd this and say my 722k box won't connect online after the latest updates from Dish. It's a roll of the dice if your 722k box will connect and allow the DRA phone app to work at all. goodluck.
