Does anyone know how to change the Primary and Secondary DNS servers on the VIP622? I need to set them to specific servers for remote access.

I have a Seagate drive connected to a 211 and I am having the same problem. Called Dish and they told me they do not support because the drive is not part of their equipment.

Last night I went in and did the rescan again same problem. I then deleted it from the local listing in the setup menu and rescanned that seems to have fixed the problem. Thanks

Can anyone tell me why one of my 211's will not pick up one of my local channels. I have two 211's and one 622. The other 211 and the 622, plus OTA tuner on TV using same roof mount antenna picks it up. I have tried everything I know to do. It shows on the local list but shows no reception on...

They only have 1.5 months to add 50 more HD channels according to the adds on TV, Newspaper, ect... They better get busy.

What are these channels on the HD guide that are in the 6000's for? They are already on other channels.

If you are out of your contract just tell them you are going to switch to Direct. I bet they will install for "free" then rather than lose a customer.

Those of you in the Greenville, SC area are you having to have a 2nd dish installed to get locals in HD?

Maybe they took it down to allow for bandwidth on something somebody would really care to watch!
