    ... Try to manually enter plus or minus a few degrees on that frequency 11966, such as 11970 or 11962, to see if that helps ?

    You might want to try with the adjacent frequencies for the TP that has the problem. E.g. try 11723V or 11729V for the current 11726V

    An alternative to resetting SG-2100... if you have the same problem...

    IA5 Quality Readings Lower?

    It seems to me that if you're on the East or West coast, the only choice to improve signal quality on those TPs these days is to get a bigger dish ( > 33" or 90cm), unless you want to move to the mid. states (like in MN, TX,...) where the signal seems to be OK ...!? (Just IMO)

    Here's something to look for

    Too bad ! The current TP where the "Russia Today" resides on is having an interfered frequency problem (really weak signal quality). So, you cannot watch this channel consistently and reliably these days !?
