    World's Biggest...Muscle Car? (^-^)

The Big Bird T-bird has the short rear deck, long hood proportions that are associated with muscle cars. Later Thunderbirds were too sedan like in shape. Put a blower and some Cragars on that large T-bird and it might make it. Swap the 460's cast iron take manifold for an aluminum unit and you...

    World's Biggest...Muscle Car? (^-^)

Would you say the 7th gen T-Bird, was perhaps the biggest muscle car of all time?;) 1972-76 Thunderbird Just always had this thought seeing Jack Cassidy chasing Clint Eastwood in The Eiger Sanction (1975) movie, lol.:biggrin

Travolta Fever / Urban Cowboy Car! (^-^)

Nice article with the late George Barris. I have always liked the car (the wide body and Mohawk bias belted rubber), but some might not, lol. Discuss!!:biggrin2 Feverish Urban Cowboy Bird!

Burt Reynolds, the man, the moustache, the legend! (^-^)

In one interview Burt said when car movies were at their height, they did everything but have a car chase through the Vatican, lol! He certainly starred in a few classics.:bow Movie trailer Banditmobile

    Who killed the Cimarron? (^-^)

Looking at this comparison report with the BMW 325e and the Mercedes 190E, the little Caddy comes out not too bad. Even 30 years ago the German car buyer would never have considered a Caddy, regardless of how good it was. Originally conceived as a BMW 320i & Audi 4000 import fighter, on basic...

From the unusual side of the ledger I would add the Matador X 401 Coupe, and the Olds Rallye 350 insurance premium fighter! Matador X

    Best musclecars?

Yes, Studebaker had some hot, and barely streetable, small block engine options for the Lark in the mid '60s. Studebaker people hoped and did some designs for a revised 1967 Lark, but the car business was sadly shut down before that could happen. Production finished in Canada I think.

    Best musclecars?

It ain't domestic, but as the only street legal car capable of 12s and sub 5 second 0-60 mph in 1975, the Porsche 911 Turbo was quite something. Porsche 911

Which ones would you select from the past and the present. Classic T/As had style, and the Chrysler SRT8 Core seems to represent modern muscle best. Firebird T/A

    DVD and VHS collection treasures?

One really special gem is Used Cars (1980) starring Kurt Russell. Columbia made the mistake of releasing it too close to Flying High (Leslie Nielsen). Everyone went to see Flying High and overlooked Used Cars. The few people that did see it, like myself, loved it! Used Cars Trailer...
