    I have tried clearmy box before and it didn’t help. I hope I get an update soon. Another annoying thing I’m dealing with is the previous channel button will suddenly stop working. I press it and the remote will light up but it won’t switch to another channel.

    I'm running 1104 and it's laggy for me. If I hit the previous button to switch to another channel, it can sometimes take a minute or longer before the title info screen pops up. I received 1104 in early August so hopefully I get a new update soon that will fix this.

    My HR54 was updated with the new guide a couple weeks ago. It is slower for me, especially the remote. Sometimes when I type a 3 digital channel it takes several seconds before the system acknowledges it. Everything feels a little sluggish.

    I had the same issue with the app. I did an online chat and they re-synced the genie on their end and then I was able to connect. however, I still can't get it to find the genie on the network. glad it's a known issue as mentioned above.

    in my experience, when ATT fully took control, directv wasn't quite as generous as they were in the past with offers. however, after I got the above deal, the rep said to call back after these expire and ask for another promo. That's what I wanted to hear.
