I have HBO. When I try to watch anything on demand, I always get a "spending limit exceeded" error. This issue has gone on for months. I have refreshed and rebooted my HR 54 multiple times w/ no fix. I read on an ATT forum that my account may have a spending limit set at $0 even though my DVR shows a high dollar amount. I chatted and talked with Directv before and can't seem to get anyone to fix it. I just contacted support via Twitter in the hopes someone there knows what they're doing. Anyone ever experienced this?
