I don't know about being hard to please. Have you seen how bad the basketball games have been on ESPN lately? The floor looks like it is moving from all the pixelation when the camera is panning. There is also a lot of pixelation around the players. I've seen this on ESPN college and pro games...

Has anyone here had this problem with their 622? I record an over the air program for 35 minutes. The DVR guide says 35 minutes. When I turn the receiver on later it says recoverd program 1 hour. I'm already running out of space on the hard drive and this is just making it worse. Anyone else...

So do I have this right. I just got a 622 yesterday to replace my 811 and no over the air info for the digital stations are displayed. With my 811 all the information was there. Is this a weird flaw of the 622? If so that really sucks.

Does anyone know why Dish isn't showing the NBA TV games on their HD channel? The schedule on nbatv.com showed that there was supposed to be a game on last Sunday but there was nothing on when I went to the NBA HD channel. Thanks

I always turn off the reciever. I'll have to check if I leave it on a satellite channel though. Thanks.

Does anyone have a problem with their 811 loosing the program information in the guide for their local channels? Mine looses them after about a day after rebooting. Also is there another way to download the program guide other than rebooting the reciever? Thanks.

Thanks for the replies. I went into the installation menu and I'm not pointing at 61.5. Also I'm pretty sure I'm living in Tucson. If not Chicago has alot of cactus :)

I was watching a college basketball game last night on fox sports and they were advertising that you can watch the suns cavs game on fox sports hd tonight. Is this a new channel that only cable gets? I know you can watch it on tonight on 9466, but a new hd channel would be cool.

I just talked to a CSR, as I am also getting a black screen when I switch from over the air back to satellite, and he said that it is normal :confused:. Riiiiiiight. I also told him that it wasn't doing it before the last software update. He said it's still normal.

I have an 811 and one dish and I'm able to watch the HD games. I just watched the sixers play on Tuesday. I also subscribe to the sports pak and HD pak.

The audio sync is not an 811 problem with over the air HD programing. I have audio sync problems too and contacted my local CBS station. Here's the emil that I got back from them: "We are having problems with audio sync directly from CBS which means there is little we can do about it. Hopefully...

I have my 811 connected with component cables to my toshiba rear projection TV. The picture looks 10 times better with SD than it did with my old 301 receiver. Not as much pixelation and the picture is actually brighter.
