Got it fixed. Apparently EI is treated like a PPV event. That event is tied to the receiver. I just had a H3 swapped out, and got an email Friday saying the old one had been received. I assume it was then, when EI was wiped from my account. Sent from my iPad using SatelliteGuys mobile app

I actually called Dish again and got no help. However, he did credit my account the amount I paid for Extra Innings, and told me to go buy MLBTV..... so you're right, they have no clue..... And I have no baseball.
