Upgraded Amazon Prime to No-ad status online this morning. But when I opened the Dish Prime app this evening, it asked if I wanted to upgrade with no option for "already upgraded". Wondering if this Is just a lag in registering the change, or if this is a bug in the app software. Bill

My bad. The banner showing the YouTube app on one of the Joey3-connected tvs was displayed by the smart tv, not Dish. So neither of the Joeys has the Dish YouTube app. Thought I read somewhere that the YouTube app could be added to the Joey3, but apparently not.

I have a Hopper 3 that includes the YouTube app which works fine. I also have two wired Joey 3s. One of the Joeys lists YouTube among the apps available, but not the second one. Why would that be and how do I get the missing YouTube app on the second Joey? Bill

Problem solved. The Primetime recording on NBC had the same title and a priority of 1 while the USA recording had a priority of 2. Consequently the USA program was skipped. Changed the priorities and all is well.

Set a timer on my H3 to record the US Open coverage on USA Network starting at 12 CT, but it does not show up under DVR recordings when checked at 1:15pm. The timer is listed under Timers, but the program is not listed as scheduled. There are no other programs being recorded at the same time...

I don't have a problem with purchasing another Hopper3, but I'm not sure if I can put it on my existing account or if it requires a second account to activate at a different location. Also: 1. I currently have two Joey3, but really only need one at each location. Am I correct in assuming that...

Internet service is very slow at second home, so streaming is problematic.

I currently have a summer and winter home with Dish service. I have been transporting my Hopper3 and two Joey3s back and forth which has worked well. However, we will soon be flying instead of driving and would like to have an additional hopper and joey installed to avoid having to transport...

Interestingly, I had two recordings of "The Good Doctor" on my Hopper3 DVR screen. One started near the end and one was normal. I have separate timer for "The Good Doctor". Normally it is the only one that shows up on the DVR screen, but somehow the screwed-up Primetime recording was added as well.

Our locally owned CBS station in Ft. Myers, FL was out for over a year several years ago, settled and came back on for a while, went out again over another dispute last spring and still isn't back on.

My Hopper3 did a guide update this afternoon and there were NO double listings in several descriptions I checked. Anybody else see this? Hoping this a good sign of things to come.

Note that even if you subscribe to locals, stations that are removed from Dish due to contract disputes and watched OTA cannot be rented On Demand either.
