Thanks for the tips on the CE update. I installed that update on Friday night, and haven't had this issue since. So it was definitely a software issue. Thanks guys :)

So this seems to be a software issue with the box? I would almost have to assume so, because when I reset, I get all the channels back just fine.... before it finally goes black again.

I still can't see it as an HDMI handshake issue since whenever this happens I can still play recorded HD content just fine.

You were right, Rad. After awhile, all the shows did show up. My wife is unhappy right now though! We're trying to figure some things out. She has a ton of timers set, and obviously sometimes they conflict. We figured out how to record one show instead of another (changing the conflict)...

Hm... That's weird, cuz I setup two series recordings, and there's shows tonight for both, and shows next wednesday and thursday for both, but the to do list only shows the ones for tonight.. I guess that's why I'm confused??

I think you confused me with the other guy. My house is a simple 1 story ranch home with slab foundation. The walls where the boxes will be in my house already have large 1"+ holes in the studs where I previously ran some wires :)

And how/when does one submit that rebate?
