    Thanks, I looked at that link last night and I'm positive the dish on my chimney looks exactly like the 1000+, even though the installer says I have the 500+. That's what lead me to believe we need to put the DP44 instead of the DP34, and that maybe that's the reason we couldn't get any signal...
