I just got the 942 lease as an existing customer and I`m having a problem with one ota channel. It has 98% signal but it will not lock. It always locked on the 811. Any ideas on what the problem may be and how to correct it?

I have a dish 300 pointed at 61w but not currently hooked up. I have a super dish currently hooked up to an 811 and a 522. If I only want the 61w signal on the 811 what switch do I need?

Black screen I hadn`t tried to record except for timers. I did and it says it`s recording and there is a program in the recorded programs list but when you try to play it it is just a black screen, but you can hit the browse button and get the title.

I am using the 522 with one sat feed on tuner one until I get my superdish installed. It is in single mode. It will not record any timer events. I don`t know if it is trying to record on tuner two or what, anyone with an answer? Thanks

It matters not what the programming costs are. If you loose a certain percentage of what you pay for you should get that percentage off. If Walmart sells you an item that is supposed to have 100 pieces and you only get 90, you take it back and they say we will give you only a 7% refund not 10%...
