Best Dish Contacts to Work With?

What dish contacts are the best to work with these days in terms of dish pricing? I see DIRT is pretty much gone these days. My contract on my Hopper 3 is over and Im not that impressed that they have fixed many problems on it, at least for me. With the huge bundles my isp is offering with tv included I just dont know if its worth it to continue with Dish, but wanted to discuss my options with them first. Thanks guys!

If it weren't for the H3 features I'd already be gone.
 
Call the Dish phone # and talk to a customer service person. If they can't give you what you want, ask for someone from Retention. I've had great luck with them. Cut nearly 20 bucks from my bill and got new equipment upgrade at no cost.
 
Right - I see the dirt members but all them show is being away at least 7 weeks or more so I was concerned. If I message them do they still get back to you these days?
 
I believe Scott has posted he wants to talk to Charlie at Team Summit about bringing them back.

I chatted with a very helpful dirt member and she is offering me a preferred customer offer where basically I get a price break if I sign a 2 year contract. Anyone else heard or done this. Opinions? Thanks!

Which DIRT member did you contact?
 
Just had a great experience calling the 888-496-1260 number and talking to Teresa. She help me get a new “Preferred Customer” offer with the Top 200 for about $106. Also got a no cost upgrade to the Hopper 3 and 2 - Joey 3s with the voice remote. Did have to do the 2 yr contract.

Congrats on the good fortune. My bill jumped last in February due to things "expiring" that I was told I was on a 2 year lock as of last May. I'm finding I'm in a grey area. I have the deal I negotiated Feb 2018 that has its stuff that expires then. And one when I had to re-negotiate May 2018 at the time of install, that expires then. I was told that I had to do the 2 year contract in May, but was told by the rep I talked to in February that I'm not on one and she just put me back on the promo I was on last year and told me to call back next January. I'm getting so confused!
