Yes, as I said, rebooting (Powering down) corrects it, but it seems to only do it in the evenings. I moved both WAP and Joey into open areas (They have been in cabinets for the last 5 years) and am waiting to see if it does it again.

You need a DPH42 switch that uses the first three ports on the LNB. See the drawing I posted at the front of this post.

Are you using the dish remote that came with it? Do it first and then any aftermarket ones you want to use.

That is what I was thinking also. When I select to transfer files from my EHD it will only allow to my Hopper, but when I use DVR to watch a show it will show my wife's if I select it. What do you think about having two EHD on one Hopper? Thanks for you help!

While using the hopper 3 in my RV, I put slim foam pieces along the sides on both top and bottom to secure it when traveling, even though I turn it off also. I guess it also helps with ventilation also, but that wasn't the original intention.

Are you sure you are connected to your Hopper 3 with Dish anywhere?

If I were to put a usb fan on the Hopper 3, I would not plug it into the Hopper USB port, but rather use an USB power supply in an outlet.
