My D12-100 will keep resetting and try to download software but it will reset by itself and download again when it gets around 5% it would reset and start over and so on. it has been running 0X1215 for the last few months. the frimware watcher is showing that version as the NR. it shouldn't be...

my channel banner on my H23-600 is not all black. it's black on the left and fades to clear to the right. when i reboot the receiver it will be normal for a week or so then it will do this again please let me know if anyone else has the same issue...

call 800-738-4388 and say resend authorizations then enter your account number. this worked for me....
