i messured from the plastic cover on the outside of the scaler ring down to the center of the dish im pretty sure my messurements were right i checked it twice

greetings all my dad has dish network and decided he wants hbo for the winter months is there anywhere that has better deals on movie packages for movie channels the only thing ive seen is the help channel for programing on his tv thanks

ok i got memory cleared same problum dish will move a little bit in either direction and stops acuater error message is displayed and dish position numbers dont change and are all at 5000

hi yes it moves but the numbers for dish position dont change at allboth east and west locations are the same number
