Why wasn't the "illegal " part of Harvick's car caught during pre-race inspection? Being an impound race, no one could touch the car after qualifying. Maybe SHR peed nascar off? It's happened before.

Be a lot cheaper to go to Bowman Gray except it's already asphalt. You are right about nascar management though in my opinion.

Used the meter today and a couple of days ago and had to pull the battery in order to get it to charge. Not a big issue yet.
