Looks like the issue is the site for finding the location of the IP is having issues. A number of folks are reporting this issue to the author and he is looking for a fix.

Its supposed to pull the weather based on your IP address location. It is something we are testing. We havent added a new feature in a long time and figured I would try this. :)
