Is it just me or are they backwards? Swipe left is channel up and swipe right is channel down. Seems backwards to me but I have gotten used to it.

Some channels are Dolby Digital and some are not. Those that are not are louder than those that are.

You got your Credit 2 days later ? They said that the Credit would be for the Next bill, not the Current one. So we know, what does the Credit line say ? How do you see what your being charged for, we don't get an itemized statement each month, that I know of.
