Black screen

I turned on the joey 4 this morning and all i got was a black screen... How often does this happen ... I unplugged the joey 4 and let it reboot and the search for the hopper. that reconnected the joey 4 again!!! While it was throwing the black screen i could see the guide and menus.... it was like the t.v. was powered off..

Ours has done the same thing around three or four times, finally comes back on after a few minutes.

thanks hipkat will try that next time!!! though i did punch channel numbers in directly and got nothing. so i just unplugged it and let it reboot
