Is there a way to view your recorded shows from the external Hard drive on your PC? I know with the old replayTV system you could. This would be great to do when i have to work. Just transfer to the drive and take that to work. thanks Scott

Well i will look on Friday night to see if it is listed. I know i could not find it on Monday or Tuesday so i had to settle for the CUBS. :(

I had the same problem and Dish tech support said it will be fixed when P288 comes out. Maybe next month or so. I'm still waiting....for 287.

I called and talked with Tech support again they said the voom channels were for new sub. Plus i complained about the past month and a half worth of guide lockups i have been having. They somewhat told me to bad you will get it fixed when we feel it is a problem.

I called today to get the Voom package and was told i could not. That this was for new sub not current at this time. Was I given a line of bull?

Sounds great but I believe the bulk of the E* HD users really don't care about that content. I guess i will have to see what their content is before i cancel.

I have a ReplayTv 4500 series with a 120 GB HD with a life time subscription. Used it for 6 months and then got a D* 811 and did not want to hook it back up. Asking 400.00 plus shipping and insurance. thanks

I am currently watching Spike TV and the picture quality is really grainy. I checked other channels and have the same thing. My HD channels look ok but i never noticed this on the others up until today. Any one else having a problem. I have a panasonic HD tv and everything has looked good...

The other day my UPN channel out of Rockford, IL which was on 16-1 moved to 17-2 on my 811. Any idea on why it happened? thanks

What channel besides WGN are the Cubs playing on this year? Last year it was on FSN Chicago. Will it be on Comcast Sportnet Chicago?

I have had the same problem with my 811 also. Tech support told me there is a software problem and they are working on it. This problem is now showing its ugly face once a day.

I am also have problems with loss of picture. I call Tech support today and they infomed me that they have a problem with their software and will be fixing it. I asked for a time line on when and their answer was "I don't know at this time" So i guess i have to put up with it for a while.

Oh yes they do. I recieved a call back the following day. Quick and great service.

I just had a super dish installed and my second TV was in hooked up. I was told to do a check switch when i connect back up. Did so. I don't have my locals listed in the guide. Is there something i can do to get them working. thanks in advance. scott

I have had my 811 for a few weeks now. For some reason today it is in SD normal. I'm watching HDTNT. any ideas on what is wrong or how i change it? thanks scott

I agree for the most part on what is being said. But as a customer if i sign up for something that is free it darn well better be free. If an installer came to my house to install the dish and then told me that i would have to pay I would tell them to get the heck out. Now if someone told...
